We keep our process as lean as possible, because we know your time is valuable. After a quick review of your application, there's an initial get-to-know-you conversation, an in-depth discussion of your expertise and a final conversation with our management. Our goal is to get to know you as a person and to understand what drives you. That's why we deliberately skip assessment centers and multi-stage selection rounds that only make you jump through unnecessary hoops.
We work in small, cross-functional teams with a high degree of autonomy. Collaboration is direct, transparent and outcome-driven. Decision paths are short because we trust competence over hierarchy.
We work from our central location in Düsseldorf, with an office right on Königsallee. This is where we come together for day-to-day collaboration, workshops and team weeks.
Yes, hybrid work is part of how we operate. Because quick communication and direct alignment within the team matter to us, we mostly work together in the office.
We usually get back to you within five business days of receiving your application. Throughout the process we keep you proactively informed about your status, because we know how frustrating radio silence can be.
