Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you take ownership of workstreams across M&A transactions, restructuring mandates and financial advisory projects. You bring solid corporate finance expertise and are able to build complex financial models, present results to C-level executives and lead junior team members. At FLOWSTATE, you combine classic advisory expertise with building a digital product stack.

• Own workstreams in M&A transactions, restructuring processes and integrated financial planning projects
• Build and present complex financial models (DCF, LBO, 13-week cash flow forecast)
• Run financial due diligence as well as strategic company and market analyses
• Coordinate data room processes and communicate with transaction parties, banks and investors
• Prepare decision papers, information memoranda and management presentations
• Mentor Analysts and Consultants
• Actively shape product features through structured feedback from client work

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in M&A advisory, corporate finance, restructuring advisory, investment banking or audit
• Solid expertise in financial modeling and company valuation (DCF, multiples, LBO)
• Experience in direct client contact and in preparing C-level materials
• A structured way of thinking and working with high standards for quality and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in German and English
