Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager at FLOWSTATE, you are responsible for growing the advisory business, lead complex mandates and shape the team as well as the strategic direction of our advisory services. You work directly with the management team and actively define how FLOWSTATE grows as both a platform and an advisory firm over the coming years.

• Take strategic responsibility for the mandate portfolio with direct influence on growth and profitability
• Develop and maintain key relationships with CFOs, investors, shareholders and banks
• Lead complex M&A transactions, restructuring processes and strategic financial advisory mandates
• Build, lead and develop the consulting team
• Help shape FLOWSTATE's strategic product roadmap in close collaboration with the founding team
• Represent FLOWSTATE at conferences, in industry publications and within professional networks
• Actively contribute to business development and the build-out of new service offerings

• 7+ years of professional experience in M&A advisory, restructuring advisory, private equity or investment banking
• A proven track record of leading advisory mandates with substantial transaction volume
• A deep network across the corporate finance and M&A landscape and among institutional investors
• A strong leadership personality with entrepreneurial thinking and experience building teams
• Excellent communication skills at every level, internally and externally
