Manager

As a Manager, you carry overall responsibility for advisory mandates and independently steer M&A transactions, restructuring processes and financial advisory projects from origination to closing. You are a trusted point of contact for CFOs, Managing Partners and investors, develop the junior team and actively contribute to building the company and our platform.

• Take end-to-end ownership of M&A transactions, restructuring and special-situations mandates as well as Financial Performance projects
• Build and maintain client relationships at decision-maker level (CFO, Managing Partner, shareholders, investors)
• Ensure the quality of financial models, due diligence reports and presentation materials
• Lead and develop consulting teams (Analysts, Consultants, Senior Consultants)
• Coordinate external parties (lawyers, banks, auditors) throughout transaction processes
• Contribute to business development and pitch activities and to the evolution of our service offering
• Work closely with the product team to continuously advance the FLOWSTATE platform

• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in M&A advisory, restructuring advisory, investment banking or corporate finance
• Proven experience in independently leading mandates and engaging C-level stakeholders
• Deep understanding of M&A processes, company valuation, restructuring instruments and capital markets topics
• Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment
• Excellent German and English; additional languages are a plus
