Partner Manager

As a Partner Manager, you build FLOWSTATE's partner channel. You win tax advisory firms, audit firms, M&A advisors and restructuring law firms as partners who use FLOWSTATE with their clients or recommend it. You develop partner models, enable partners to work with the platform and make sure partnerships turn into measurable business.

• Identify, approach and win partners from tax advisory, audit, M&A and restructuring advisory
• Build and evolve partner programs, terms and compensation models
• Onboard and enable partners with training, demo materials and joint pitch materials
• Sell jointly with partners to their clients and manage partner-sourced opportunities
• Plan joint marketing activities such as webinars, events and expert articles
• Report on partner pipeline and revenue and channel feedback from partners to product and sales

• 3+ years of experience in partner, channel or alliance management, B2B sales or consulting
• An understanding of the business models of tax advisory, audit or corporate finance advisory firms
• The ability to build long-term relationships at partner and managing-director level
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build a channel from the ground up
• A confident presence and very good communication skills in German and English
